Spot the difference

Thursday 24th March, 2022 Charlotte's Pool

Update - there are actually two big birds that visit the pool and sit in the same tree , not at the same time! One is the #heron I must have seen before standing by the pool (or what I thought was a heron, then changed my mind when I saw the #cormorant); the cormorant (juvenile or white breasted, not sure which yet).

This morning, I startled the heron as I came into the pool area. Must remember to fox walk from the very start!
